This paper indicates the importance and advantages of application hybrid models in control water supply systems. A range possibilities provided by this scientific approach is presented practical examples related to fault diagnostics fault-tolerant pumping station (PS) It that continuous monitoring recording data stations operation processes (electrical parameters such as electrical power, pressure or flow pipelines, levels tanks, changes various discrete states, etc.) could represent a significant resource can be used develop using appropriate “data-driven” techniques. During process, are transformed into information, thereafter, information knowledge. Based on knowledge, PS significantly improved increase user’s satisfaction achieved while maintenance costs reduced.
